Interior Design Executive

We are hiring one core role:

Interior Design Executive — a hands-on position covering design, coordination, and project support.

This role is for individuals who want to learn the full interior renovation process properly, not just do drawings or visuals in isolation.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You may come from any of these backgrounds:

• Interior Design (junior or 1–3 years experience)

• Design Coordinator / Renovation Coordinator

• IKEA planning / kitchen planning / interior sales support

• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and discipline

Background matters less than attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be trained to handle both design and coordination, including:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (GA, carpentry, electrical)

• Assist in space planning, layouts, and design concepts

• Support material selection and detailing

• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers

• Track revisions, approvals, and project documentation

• Learn how design decisions affect cost, buildability, and site execution

This is a hands-on role with real projects and real responsibility.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or relevant experience

• Comfortable with AutoCAD

(SketchUp / 3D tools are a bonus, not mandatory)

• Strong sense of organisation and follow-through

• Willingness to follow SOPs and structured workflows

• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
