Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in the full spectrum of the design process, from conceptualization to on-site execution. Your day-to-day include:
- Concept & Development: Crafting interior concepts, spatial narrative space planning, layouts, and design development.
- Curation & Presentation: Developing mood boards, material palette presentation decks, and selecting furniture, lighting, and materials.
- Technical & Documentation: Producing technical drawings, detailing and comprehensive documentation.
- 3D Modeling: Managing 3D modeling, visualization, and design communication.
- Site Management: Conducting site reviews, managing material samples, and overseeing project implementation.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years Relevant industry experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Visualization Bonus: Experience with Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, or other visualization tools is a strong bonus.
- Industry Knowledge: A good, practical understanding of materials, detailing, and construction.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication skills and a strong, well-curated portfolio.
