Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and develop interior design concepts.
• Prepare 2D/3D designs, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Recommend suitable furniture, materials, colors, finishes, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed drawings, quotations, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Visit sites to take measurements and ensure design accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented as approved.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and deadlines.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and products.
• Support the sales team in presenting designs and converting leads into projects.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant interior design experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Good communication, creativity, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work under pressure.
