Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Be part of exciting new projects, systems launches and enhancements: from testing to implementation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate with different teams, and help prepare project documentation.
- Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, fares and online booking channels for our travel platforms.
- Gain hands-on exposure to leading travel technology platforms, including reservation systems, CRM tools (Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System, etc.) and property management systems. Training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/ Resort Management.
- Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
