Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role


  • IP Design: Define, design, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for radiation-hardened (RadHard) power management applications
  • Layout Guidance: Collaborate with physical designers to ensure optimal block layout and RadHard performance, and oversee behavioral modeling of IP
  • Documentation: Document and review critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testing processes
  • Simulation Verification: Participate in top-level simulation-based verification of integrated circuits (ICs)
  • Lab Collaboration: Guide lab and test engineers in the validation and characterization of mixed-signal IP

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


  • Education: Actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Circuit Knowledge: Strong understanding of circuit design and semiconductor device fundamentals
  • Software Tools: Experience with Cadence tools is a plus
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a self-driven and team-oriented mindset
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Salary pay information:

Andover, MA, United StatesWage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
US$27.00 – US$31.00

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
