Invest Manager

You will research public chains, layer2 solutions, GameFi, DAO, and DeFi opportunities; track projects and contacts; lead due diligence on teams, products, business models, profit models, token models, and risks; support negotiations; draft investment or cooperation agreements; and collaborate on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Track early high-quality projects across public chains, layer2, GameFi, DAO, and DeFi in domestic and international markets.
• Maintain project tracking and contact with prospective projects.
• Lead detailed due diligence covering teams, products, business models, profit models, token models, and risks.
• Assist with project negotiations.
• Draft investment or cooperation agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement agreements.

Requirements

• More than 1-2 years of blockchain investment experience with basic financial analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of DeFi, NFT, and Metaverse sectors, with personal investment in more than three projects.
• Familiarity with mainstream cryptocurrency investment institutions in Europe and America and related resources.
• Experience in cryptocurrency investment institutions is preferred.
• Study-abroad experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
