Investment Analyst (Finance experience welcome, Real Estate Investment, $5k) (ID: 709947)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial modelling and analysis for prospective real estate investments.
• Assist in preparing investment proposals, investment papers, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal advisors, and property managers.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits and inspections.
• Monitor and report on the performance of current real estate investments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to identify practical solutions to challenges.
• Be prepared for extensive travel as the firm has a global investment mandate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within real estate, investment, or asset management environments.
• Strong interest in a career in real estate investment and asset management.
• Proficiency in financial statements, financial analysis, and investment concepts.
• Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modelling preferred.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to research, interpret, and synthesise financial and market information effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and commercially aware, with a readiness to learn and assume responsibility.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
