Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Being responsible for real estate investment consultant / brokerage, Financial Valuation & Feasibility Studies for land development and operating assets focusing in Vietnam market as part of property investment brokerage service to property developers, institutional international investors and large domestic property investors.

Apart from that, the role of the Investment Analyst is actively seek out, analyze and progress buy / sell investment opportunities which are typically development land sites, completed or under-construction offices building, mixed-use developments, resorts and hotels, serviced apartment buildings and retail developments

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Generating leads and setting up meetings through consistent phone prospecting, networking, and research.

• Performing property evaluations and inspections, and compiling due diligence packets.

• Keep track and research current market conditions and trends; develop and understand comparable sales statistics and data.

• Identify property divestment opportunities from development sites to operating commercial assets.

• Complete property valuations / feasibility studies using financial models to determine potential investment returns for purchasers and vendors.

• Compile high quality investment teasers and investment memorandums.

• Assist all parties / follow up during entire investment process: matching investors and vendors' requirement, developing and negotiating term sheets /agreements, finalizing deals.

• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education

• Master's degree in marketing / BA / Economics / Finance / Urban planning.
• Ideally with real estate focus and finance.

2. Communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.

3. PC skills

• The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.

4. Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in related position & level.

5. Language

• Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
