Investment Banking Analyst
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support live transactions and business development by building financial models and valuations, conducting industry and company research, preparing strategic analyses and presentations, supporting due diligence and execution, managing deal processes with senior bankers, and mentoring new analysts and interns.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell-side advisory
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
- Proven project leadership and management ability
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
