Investment Review Manager

The role involves identifying early-stage startup investment opportunities, assessing blockchain-related companies, conducting investment analysis, preparing valuation analyses and investment materials, executing investments, managing portfolio companies, coordinating investment contracts and review reports, supporting fundraising from limited partners, business planning, external cooperation, and investment exit strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Source early-stage startup investment opportunities
• Assess and analyze blockchain-related investment targets
• Execute investments
• Analyze company valuations and prepare investment materials
• Conduct investment feasibility reviews
• Manage portfolio companies
• Coordinate investment contract terms and prepare investment review reports
• Raise funds from limited partners and handle related administration
• Support investment attraction and business planning
• Provide startup support and external cooperation
• Develop and execute investment exit strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Business-level English proficiency
• At least 4 years of experience as a venture capital investment reviewer
• Securities company experience
• Eligibility for overseas travel
