ISO Manager (Supply Chain / Gov Project)
We are seeking an experienced ISO Manager to oversee and maintain the company's ISO Management Systems across its warehouse and supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance with relevant ISO standards, coordinating internal and external audits, managing corrective actions, and driving a strong culture of quality and compliance across the organisation.
The successful candidate will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities:
1. ISO & Management Systems
- Lead and maintain the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Coordinate and prepare for internal, surveillance, and recertification audits
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and relevant stakeholders on ISO-related matters
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Manage CAPA and ensure timely closure of identified gaps
- Review and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and other controlled documents
- Coordinate Management Review meetings and monitor relevant quality and compliance KPIs
- Provide ISO-related training and awareness programmes to employees
- Monitor changes in applicable standards and regulatory requirements and ensure appropriate implementation
2. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes across warehouse and supply chain functions
- Support Business Process Re-engineering and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Drive process standardization and best practices across business units
- Work with cross-functional teams to address process gaps and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor improvement initiatives and support cost-saving and productivity improvement projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8-years of relevant experience with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems or Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement
- Strong hands-on experience managing ISO 9001 and exposure to ISO 14001 is highly preferred
- Experience in coordinating ISO certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing, CAPA, non-conformance management, document control, and management review processes
- Experience working with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or other operational environments is preferred
- ISO Lean Auditor / Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage
- Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in Continuous Improvement will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders across different business verticals
