Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Audit Manager to lead and manage IT audit engagements, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and compliance across systems and processes. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in IT audit, team leadership, and project management, who can drive audit initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements covering IT general controls, systems, and infrastructure
- Develop and oversee IT audit plans, ensuring alignment with organizational risk priorities
- Evaluate IT operations, including system performance, security, and control effectiveness
- Manage and review user access management processes and controls
- Perform risk assessments and identify gaps in IT controls, recommending actionable improvements
- Oversee audit documentation, findings, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT audit professionals (2–3 years of people management experience required)
- Drive project management activities, ensuring audits are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks, audit practices, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- CSIA License (required)
- 5–10 years of IT audit experience
- Strong experience in IT operations, access management, and IT audit planning
- Proven people management experience (2–3 years) with the ability to lead and develop teams
- Solid project management experience with a track record of delivering engagements successfully
- Familiarity with KIPT frameworks/tools is an advantage
- Experience in a Big 4 or professional services firm is preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
