IT Business & Projects Manager

Role Purpose

The IT Business Partner Projects Manager is the bridge between technology and the business in the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role acts as the single point of technology engagement for sales, marketing,

development and corporate teams, translating business needs into well-scoped IT solutions, and leads the

delivery of technology projects and group digital initiatives from concept through to handover. The role also

provides white-glove technology support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

• Act as the technology business partner for sales, marketing, development and corporate teams,

building trusted relationships with functional heads and understanding their objectives, processes and

pain points.

• Translate business needs into clear IT requirements, solution options and business cases, working with

group IT, architects and vendors to shape the right solution.

• Maintain a demand pipeline for the Kingdom: capture, qualify and prioritise technology requests in line

with group strategy, budget and capacity.

• Champion adoption of existing platforms and identify opportunities to simplify, automate or

consolidate before introducing new tools.

• Communicate IT roadmaps, project status and service changes to business stakeholders in plain,

business-focused language.

Digital Initiatives Rollout

• Support the rollout of group digital initiatives — CRM, marketing technology, data platforms, and

workplace automation, acting as local delivery lead and change agent.

• Localise group solutions for requirements, including Arabic language needs, PDPL data residency

considerations and integration with local vendors and systems.

• Plan and execute change management: stakeholder engagement, communications, training, super-user

networks and adoption tracking.

• Gather structured feedback from users and channel enhancement requests back to group product and

platform owners.

Project Delivery

• Lead or support IT projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, budgeting, vendor selection, delivery,

testing, cutover and handover to operations.

• Produce and maintain project artefacts — charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports and steering

committee updates — to a consistent group standard.

• Manage vendors and system integrators through delivery: statements of work, milestones, acceptance

criteria and commercial performance.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, data migration and go-live readiness with business and IT

operations teams.

• Ensure every project is handed over cleanly to support, with documentation, training and agreed

service levels in place.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a business partnering, business analysis or IT project

management role.

• Demonstrable track record of delivering technology projects end-to-end.

• Strong working knowledge of CRM, marketing technology, collaboration and workplace platforms (e.g.

Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).

• Understanding of Saudi regulatory context relevant to technology delivery, including PDPL and data

residency considerations.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills up to executive level.

• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Desirable

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum).

• Business analysis certification (CBAP or equivalent) or formal change management training

(PROSCI/ADKAR).

• Experience in real estate, construction or a fast-scaling multinational environment.

• Exposure to data platforms, analytics and AI-enabled tools in a business context.
