IT Customer Support

Were looking for a IT Support Customer Representative to assist customers with IT-related issues.

Job Description:

• Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, apps, and smart devices
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
• Work rotating shifts (8:30 AM8:30 PM or 1 PM1 AM), including weekends and public holidays
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Salary: $2000 - $2500

Preferred:

• Basic IT skills and customer service experience
• Able to speak mandarin, communicate with Chinese customers
