IT Manager
Lead, manage and continuously improve the Company's Information Technology
function, including IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity and IT
Support, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable and cost-effective IT services that
support business operations and strategic objectives. The IT Manager is responsible for
planning, implementing and maintaining technology solutions, managing IT resources
and vendors, and driving continuous improvement across all IT services.
Skills
Qualifications &Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS,
Azure, Cybersecurity are an advantage.
8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Company's IT strategy, roadmap and annual IT plan
in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and manage all IT functions, including IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS,
Azure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and IT Support.
Ensure the availability, reliability, security and performance of all business-critical
IT systems and services.
Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, service levels (SLAs) and performance
metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage the implementation, enhancement and support of IFS and other
business applications to meet operational requirements.
Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery
within approved scope, budget and quality standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve
operational efficiency, security and business value.
Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures in line
with industry best practices and company governance requirements.
Ensure the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, data protection measures,
backup processes, disaster recovery and business continuity plans across on-
premises infrastructure and AWS/Azure environments.
Manage IT risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, software
licensing requirements and internal policies.
Prepare, manage and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of
technology investments and maximizing return on investment.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and service providers,
including contract administration and performance evaluation.
Lead, coach, develop and evaluate IT team members, ensuring appropriate
resource allocation, technical competency and succession planning.
Promote a customer-focused IT culture by continuously improving user support,
service quality and end-user satisfaction.
Prepare periodic reports for Executive Management on IT performance, major
initiatives, risks, cybersecurity, budgets and improvement opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including IFS, AWS
and Azure, to support continuous innovation and business growth.
Perform any other duties assigned by Executive Management.
