About the Role

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to represent Eunoia and oversee the successful implementation of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project across Bahrain and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client and technology partner, ensuring that project delivery meets the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, SLAs, governance requirements and contractual obligations.

This is a long-term opportunity requiring strong IT project management, technical understanding, senior client engagement and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall IT project implementation.
• Act as the primary project representative for Eunoia.
• Coordinate project activities between Eunoia, the client and technology partner.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Review and monitor the technology partner's project performance and deliverables.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Manage project scope, requirements and change requests.
• Monitor SLA and service performance.
• Coordinate requirements, application development, software development, testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities.
• Coordinate web and mobile application development activities with technical teams and implementation partners.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and governance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain action, issue and decision trackers.
• Monitor knowledge transfer, training and handover activities.
• Escalate major technical, commercial, schedule or contractual issues to management.
• Prepare regular project status reports for Eunoia management.
• Coordinate project activities between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT, software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing technology vendors, system integrators or implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles.
• Good understanding of application development, including web and mobile applications, application architecture, SDLC, APIs and system integration.
• Good understanding of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, DevOps, Cybersecurity and databases.
• Knowledge of ITSM, SLA management, Agile/Scrum, risk management and change management.
• Experience with enterprise or government projects will be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or Agile certification will be an advantage.

The candidate does not need to be a software developer. However, the successful candidate must have sufficient technical knowledge to understand application development and architecture discussions, monitor technical delivery, identify risks and effectively challenge technology partners and technical teams when required.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, including Al Khobar, as required by the project.
• Valid/legal ability to travel and work in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, as applicable to the role.
• Ability to attend client and project meetings in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.
• Indian nationals are preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia are preferred, subject to meeting the role requirements and applicable work authorization requirements.

We are looking for a strong and technically competent IT Project Manager who can confidently represent Eunoia, manage senior client relationships, supervise technology partners and drive the successful delivery of a complex, long-term digital transformation programme.

The ideal candidate should combine strong project governance and delivery experience with sufficient technical depth to engage effectively with application development teams, software architects, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, vendors and senior client stakeholders.
