Job Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Projects: Manage and deliver technology projects supporting healthcare operations, from planning and testing through to implementation and rollout.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business and operational stakeholders across departments and institutions to develop IT solutions that enable seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Drive Technology Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to apply innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
- Support Change & Adoption: Lead change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and supporting the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Oversee IT Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities to ensure reliable operations, governance, compliance, budget control, and effective resource utilisation.
Requirements:
At least 4 - 5 years’ IT project management, IT solutioning experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
Experience with leading a team will be a strong advantage
