Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team to lead and deliver complex IT projects, ensuring successful outcomes through effective stakeholder, resource, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, schedule, and user requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
- Monitor resource utilization to support effective workforce planning and scheduling.
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage scope changes, requirement changes, schedule variances, technical issues, and resource constraints in accordance with established change control processes.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
- Work closely with clients to achieve timely completion of contractual milestones and support billing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing mid-size to large-scale ICT projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven project planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Relevant IT and Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment is an added advantage.
