IT Software Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects for clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet project timelines, quality, and budget.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, risk management, and communication plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Proven experience in managing banking-related software projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
