IT Support

Support device lifecycle management, provide office and end-user IT support, maintain meeting room and AV equipment, conduct IT onboarding, contribute to technology operations projects, build automations and Slack bots, and maintain internal IT documentation.

• Assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
• Provide office IT support
• Maintain meeting rooms and AV equipment
• Handle inbound support requests
• Conduct IT onboarding calls
• Contribute to technology operations initiatives
• Build automations and Slack bots
• Write and maintain internal IT documentation
