IT Support Officer
Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, and smart boards.
Support school networks, email, Microsoft 365, and educational systems.
Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
Assist with classroom technology, exams, and school events.
Ensure basic cybersecurity, data protection, and regular system updates.
Manage and follow up on IT support requests and incidents.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience; school experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support users professionally.
