IT Support Technician

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

Provide IT support for sales, office, and warehouse employees/devices via helpdesk, Hunt group calls, and email.
Laptop and desktop setup and repair; work with Dell support; software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Assist with maintaining inventory within our inventory system and AD.
Troubleshoot issues in SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering.
Troubleshoot VoIP landline and cellphone hardware and software errors.
Troubleshoot printer issues and maintain toner inventory.
Train new employees in computer and day-to-day applications.
Assist with meeting setups and technical support.
Requires strong communication and documentation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a fast learner.
This is an onsite position.**
Other duties as assigned.
