Description:
- Performs complex testing activities across integration, regression, and functional testing for moderately to highly integrated systems.
- Ensures compliance with system requirements by following Navy Federal testing standards, leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans, Agile/SAFe practices, AI-driven test case generation, and Gherkin-based BDD techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex test plans in ADO aligned to standards • Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test coverage
- Create manual test cases
- Create automated test cases using Gherkin syntax
- Utilize AI tools to generate and enhance test cases
- Execute SIT, regression, and functional testing
- Execute both manual and automated test cases
- Troubleshoot and maintain automation scripts (UFT, XPath, parameterization)
- Document and manage defects; perform root cause analysis
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and estimation activities
- Communicate risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders
- Produce audit-ready test documentation and artifacts Required Qualifications
- Experience with ADO Test Plans and test case management
- Strong Agile/SAFe testing experience
- Hands-on test automation and defect management experience
- Proficiency with Gherkin (Given/When/Then) syntax
- Experience using AI tools/agents for test case creation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services or enterprise system experience
