Japanese Speaking Real Estate Sales & Coordinator

Job Responsibility :

Landhousing is providing service rent apartment for Thai people living in Japan such as university students for studying Japanese and also Sell & Buy service for Thai Investors to real estates in Japan.

-Respond to inquiries from Thai people who want to rent an apartment in Japan.
-Contact Japanese real estate agencies in Japanese by phone call or e-mail and ask if Thai people can move in.
-Translate the rental contract into Thai language and send it to the Thai apartment renter.
-Conduct seminars on Japanese real estate(rent apartments) to Thai people going to Japan.
-Handle all the coordination on the rental process of apartments in Japan for Thai people.
-Report to Japanese MD

Qualification :
-Strong Japanese skill in Speaking & Listening and Reading & Writing, Over N3 (No need to have certificate but have to have same level of skill)
-Fresh grads are welcome & no need to have Real Estate experience but someone who has to be very active & never give-up spirit
-Strong with math calculation(numbers)
-Strong communication & customer service mind
