Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and modern frameworks. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, system design understanding, and experience in distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Build and deploy microservices-based architecture.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement security, data protection, and integration solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
• Solid experience in Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Spring MVC / Spring Cloud
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA
• Good understanding of Design Patterns
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience working with SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ (Messaging systems)
• Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
• Version control using Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of API Gateway
• Experience with caching tools (Redis)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
