Java Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing robust applications and ensuring seamless integration with various APIs. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our software solutions, driving automation, and optimizing performance through A/B testing. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software that meets our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, focusing on automation and API development.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate application performance and user experience, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Participate in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

Required Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Strong experience in automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with API development and integration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Work Location & Setup
This position is available for both remote and onsite work in Khandwa district, Madhya Pradesh, India. We offer a flexible work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, whether you choose to work from home or in our office.

Employment Type & Duration
This is a full-time position with a project duration from September 14, 2025, to October 15, 2025. We are looking to fill 12 openings, and onboarding will take less than 7 days for successful candidates.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is between 1200 to 1300 USD per month. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
