About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer (React), with the total work experience of 5 to 8 years, to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, California. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. As a key player in our development team, you will leverage your expertise in Java EE and advanced React patterns to deliver robust solutions that drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java EE and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement advanced React patterns to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Technologies

Work Location & Setup
This position is onsite and is for local California only, providing an opportunity to work closely with your team in a collaborative environment. The role requires physical presence at the office to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

Employment Type & Duration
This is a full-time position with a project duration from September 17, 2025, to October 16, 2025. Candidates should be prepared for an onboarding period of 7-15 days to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
