Java Full Stack Lead

Lead and mentor developers, establish coding standards and best practices, and architect, design, and develop scalable Java-based web applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers, conduct code reviews, participate in Agile ceremonies, resolve technical issues, and recommend technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Provide guidance on coding standards, architecture, and best practices
• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end Java-based web applications
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Recommend and implement improvements based on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead developer role
• Core Java and Java 8
• Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React or Angular
• MySQL
• Full-time graduation is mandatory
• Immediate or 30-day notice period
