Junior Analyst – Operations, Partnerships & Business Development

Support the COO, CEO, CBO, Head of Payments, and Sales and BD team by preparing documents, analyses, partner materials, project plans, onboarding materials, and administrative outputs. Contribute to partner integration, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and responsible use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal documents, briefs, analyses, and decision materials.
• Collect, structure, and analyse internal and external information.
• Create summaries, recommendations, and execution plans.
• Support customer and partner onboarding, pipeline activities, and commercial materials.
• Prepare partner briefs, customer analyses, meeting notes, proposals, and onboarding checklists.
• Coordinate next steps across internal teams.
• Develop project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and flag needed adjustments.
• Maintain project records and prepare status reports and documentation.
• Assist with partner integration into the platform.
• Complete forms for partners, providers, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and execute administrative tasks.
• Use and validate AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, documentation, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in analyst, project management, operations, partnerships, consulting, fintech, financial services, or digital assets; relevant internships considered.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability and clear written communication.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong interest in and basic understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoins.
• Practical fluency with AI tools.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English.
