Junior Business Analyst – AI & Operational Transformation

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is passionate about understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders while gaining exposure to AI-driven solutions and large-scale transformation projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the implementation of operational and technology-driven initiatives
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare process documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support change management and stakeholder communication activities
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Financial Services, or Operations
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Interest in process optimization, innovation, and AI solutions
