Junior Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day legal operations and contract management across the company
Drafting, reviewing and managing contractor agreements and related documentation across multiple jurisdictions and legal structures
Reviewing agreements with external vendors and service providers
Taking ownership of routine legal documentation related to contractor and employee lifecycle processes
Conducting legal research and preparing concise summaries on legal matters as requested
Supporting KYC processes and related documentation and requests
Maintaining accurate contract records, registers and templates and supporting the standardization and improvement of recurring legal processes
Gradually taking independent ownership of routine legal matters and communicating with internal stakeholders
Handling confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and accuracy
Law degree, preferably from a reputable Ukrainian university
1–2 years of relevant professional experience
Practical knowledge of Ukrainian law and experience working with individual entrepreneurs
Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and related legal documentation
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and consistency in document preparation and review
Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
English sufficient for legal document review, drafting and routine business communication
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned processes
Basic understanding of KYC and compliance processes
Experience working with international contracts or in a multi-jurisdictional business environment
Basic knowledge of GDPR/data protection
Proactive mindset and willingness to develop into an independent legal professional
