We are part of an established outsourced marketing group with operations across several countries. We specialise in face-to-face marketing and work with MNCs across various industries to help them expand their market presence, increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Marketing Events team member, you will:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Gather and monitor customer feedback to enhance their overall experience.
- Work closely with the team to meet client requirements and achieve campaign objectives.
- Represent clients professionally during face-to-face marketing activities and events.
