Junior Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Material Management
· Plan and execute procurement schedules for façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, steel components, hardware, sealants, etc.).
· Ensure materials are sourced, produced, and delivered according to project timelines.
· Monitor market trends and analyze price movements to support cost-reduction initiatives.
Supplier Management
· Source, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers; maintain an approved supplier list.
· Conduct supplier audits, RFQs, price analysis, and negotiate favorable terms.
· Establish supplier performance review metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Quality & Delivery Assurance
· Track supplier production progress and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
· Resolve issues related to inspection, non-conformance, replacement, or corrective actions.
· Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure safe and timely material delivery.
Cross-Department Collaboration
· Work closely with design, engineering, project, fabrication, and commercial teams.
· Support project meetings and provide procurement updates, risk alerts, and cost analysis.
· Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields preferred.
· 1-2 years of procurement experience in façade, aluminum, curtain wall, windows & doors, or building materials.
· knowledge of façade materials, specifications, production processes, and supply-chain workflow.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract-review skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP procurement systems; experience with digital supply-chain tools is an advantage.
· Strong organization, problem-solving ability, and capability to work under pressure.
· High level of integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics.
