Junior Project Manager

Job Description

-The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the construction progress of landed residential projects, including Detached Houses and Semi-Detached Houses.

-The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project team to ensure that works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.

-Candidates with strong experience in building construction and architectural finishing works will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate and monitor the overall progress of landed residential projects.

-Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

-Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

-Coordinate structural, architectural, S&P, M&E, and external works.

-Monitor workmanship quality and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.

-Updates and report project issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
