Job Description

• Develop and implement effective account plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, and government agencies.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in medical device sales or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
