Key Accounts Manager (Frieght Forwarding)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border Products.
Manage sales and logistics services for cross-border shipments, including temperature-controlled and perishable goods.
Coordinate and plan transportation with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Develop customer-specific logistics solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Utilize an existing customer portfolio to generate gross profit (GP) from the first month of employment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Negotiate and prepare contracts or agreements with clients, ensuring efficient billing and collections processes.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, GP targets, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, aged 30-45 years.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, International Business, or a related field.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, including Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border.
Must have an existing customer portfolio and be capable of generating gross profit from the first month.
Strong knowledge of cross-border transportation, international trade regulations, and logistics documentation.
Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and lead a team effectively.
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with CLMV markets (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) is a plus.
