KOL and Affiliate BD Manager
Identify and onboard key partners in Korea, lead end-to-end partnership development, design incentive structures, manage relationships, collaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, and complete a three-month ramp-up and performance review period.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community, and strategic partners in Korea.
- Lead negotiations, terms alignment, campaign planning, activation, and partner performance management.
- Design and implement Rebate, Commission, Affiliate Incentive, and Broker Partnership models.
- Manage existing partner relationships and improve volume, active users, conversion, deposits, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD Leadership on campaigns, product feedback, and user growth.
- Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, user behavior, and partner needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams before external campaigns, promotions, and user-facing activities.
- Ramp up during the first three months with performance evaluated on pipeline, onboarding, activation, volume, revenue contribution, and execution.
Requirements
- Native Korean language proficiency.
- Business English or Chinese proficiency for internal communication.
- Practical BD experience in crypto exchanges, futures trading platforms, brokers, affiliate BD, or Web3 trading products.
- Strong Korean network across KOL, affiliate, broker, trading community, or user acquisition channels.
- Practical understanding of rebate, commission, affiliate program, and partner incentive structures.
- Hands-on experience with partner discovery, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management.
- Ability to explain previous BD performance using metrics such as volume, active users, deposits, Net Fee, and Partner Revenue.
- Ability to solve problems proactively in a fast-moving global crypto environment.
