Job Overview
As a KYC & Onboarding Analyst, you will support customers through the registration and verification process, with a focus on Portuguese-, Dutch- or Finnish-speaking markets. Your main focus will be to ensure player verification is completed smoothly, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements. The role includes shift work covering mornings, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify customer information, documents, and automated verification results in line with KYC and AML requirements
- Escalate complex cases appropriately
- Assist customers who experience issues during registration, follow up on incomplete registrations
- Follow up on incomplete registrations
- Support the full KYC lifecycle, including ongoing checks where needed
- Spot and report bugs, inefficiencies, and process gaps
- Work closely with CS, P&F, AML, Product, other internal teams, and external provider
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Portuguese, Dutch or Finnish is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail critical thinking, and a user-centered approach.
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Understanding of compliance and KYC requirements in regulated environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Flexible to cover shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekend
