Landscape Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily landscaping works and site activities.
- Supervise landscape supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower, materials, plants, tools and equipment.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensure landscaping works meet drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Monitor plant health, maintenance, pruning, fertilising and irrigation works.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
- Control project costs, material usage and manpower productivity.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain necessary site records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant landscaping experience.
- Experience in supervising workers and managing landscape projects.
- Good knowledge of plants, landscaping and maintenance works.
- Able to read landscape drawings and specifications.
- Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
- Relevant landscape or arboriculture certification is an advantage.
