Landscape Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily landscaping works and site activities.
• Supervise landscape supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, materials, plants, tools and equipment.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure landscaping works meet drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor plant health, maintenance, pruning, fertilising and irrigation works.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Control project costs, material usage and manpower productivity.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain necessary site records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant landscaping experience.
• Experience in supervising workers and managing landscape projects.
• Good knowledge of plants, landscaping and maintenance works.
• Able to read landscape drawings and specifications.
• Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
• Relevant landscape or arboriculture certification is an advantage.
