LATAM Account Executive
Blockaid is hiring its first Account Executive for Latin America to establish the company's presence in the LATAM Web3 ecosystem. The role owns the full sales cycle while building regional sales content, playbooks, processes, relationships, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the LATAM sales cycle from prospecting through closing, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Build the regional sales process, messaging, content, processes, and playbooks.
- Leverage a network of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 companies across Latin America.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and account strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Partnerships.
- Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Maintain pipeline health and accurate CRM reporting.
- Analyze and optimize sales campaigns and processes.
- Represent Blockaid professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience as the first or founding LATAM Account Executive at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives.
- Experience building LATAM-specific sales content, processes, or go-to-market materials from scratch.
- Deep network among blockchain, crypto, and Web3 companies in Latin America.
- Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing large enterprise technology deals.
- Self-starter able to execute autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.
- Cross-functional selling experience with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is a bonus.
- Legal right to work in Brazil without visa sponsorship.
