The Lead/Assistant Manager, Finance role plays a critical part in driving financial integrity and statutory excellence by independently managing the end-to-end financial close and reporting processes for our entities. You will also act as a technical reviewer for transaction-level work prepared by the team. The role provides broad exposure across the Group’s Finance operations.

Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: At least five years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, corporate income tax and withholding tax, supported by a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a recognised professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA or CPA.
- End-to-End Accounting Experience: Proven hands-on ability to manage full-set accounting, financial closing, consolidation, management reporting and reconciliations within a multi-entity, multi-currency and inter-company environment.
- Review and Audit Capability: Experience reviewing junior team members’ work, coordinating Finance deliverables, preparing audit schedules and supporting external audits.
- Structured Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex accounting issues and raw financial data, identify control gaps and implement practical, systemic improvements.
- Independent Ownership: Meticulous and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight reporting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Communication: Able to translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations for Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
- Digital Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with modern accounting systems such as Xero. Experience with Finance automation or AI tools is an advantage.

Requirements
- Drive Financial Excellence: Independently manage the Company’s full-set accounts and financial closing, Group consolidation and management reporting, while reviewing subsidiary accounts to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with SFRS.
- Safeguard Data Integrity: Build and review bank, revenue, payment, intercompany and balance-sheet reconciliations using raw financial and operational data, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Ensure Statutory Integrity: Lead GST, corporate income tax, withholding tax and statutory reporting requirements, while coordinating with auditors, tax agents and other professional advisers to ensure compliance.
- Implement Systemic Solutions: Analyse financial workflows and implement practical process improvements, system enhancements, automation and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain Robust Controls: Evaluate internal controls, identify accounting and operational risks, and implement strengthened process disciplines across the Finance function.
- Influence Through Expertise: Present clear financial insights, risks and recommendations to management and internal stakeholders to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate and Mentor: Review key Finance deliverables prepared by Finance Executives and provide technical guidance that promotes accountability, knowledge sharing and high-quality documentation.
