Lead Generation Manager
We’re looking for a Lead Generation specialist who knows how to find the right people, start meaningful conversations, and turn outreach into real opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience with multi-channel outreach and wants to take ownership of the process - from finding prospects to improving campaigns and generating qualified leads.
What you’ll do:
Find and research relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools
Build and run LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns
Create personalized messages and follow-up sequences
Test different approaches and improve campaign performance
Track results inside our own CRM and continuously optimize the process
Take ownership and suggest better ways of doing things
Whom we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
Proven experience running multi-channel outreach campaigns
Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach / LinkedInHelper, Lemlist / Snov.io
B1+ level of English
Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
