Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Company and Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across all departments and project teams.
- Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation, including Quality Manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Plan, coordinate, and support internal, external, supplier, and certification audits.
- Ensure audit findings are properly documented, addressed, and closed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct project, supplier, and vendor quality audits to verify compliance with project and quality requirements.
- Lead the management of non-conformances and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving activities across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
- Perform process and project risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS management within EPC projects or fabrication yard environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing processes, CAPA, and quality management systems.
- Experience in conducting internal, supplier, and certification audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
