Lead Salesforce Business Analyst (Financial Services)
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to join a project focused on the design and delivery of a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solution to support and enhance wealth management business processes. The role requires navigating complex stakeholder environments across front-office, advisory, and operations teams, ensuring requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to regulatory and client-centric outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis with wealth management stakeholders, including advisors, operations, and compliance teams
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution designs aligned to Salesforce FSC best practices
- Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear traceability from business objectives to delivered functionality
- Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and transparency
- Identify and navigate technical constraints, proposing pragmatic solutions that balance business value and platform limitations
- Support data modeling and integration discussions, particularly around client data, financial accounts, and external systems
- Contribute to discovery and continuous improvement efforts, validating assumptions and refining solutions based on user feedback
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards within financial services and wealth management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Deep understanding of wealth management processes, including client onboarding, portfolio management, advisory workflows, and regulatory considerations (e.g., KYC, suitability)
- Strong technical acumen across Salesforce capabilities (data model, automation, integrations, APIs, and declarative vs programmatic solutions)
- Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing priorities across business, compliance, and technology teams
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story definition, and sprint ceremonies
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
