Lead/Senior Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong Telecom and Salesforce background to drive product requirements and lead engineering team scrum activities for one of our existing Fiber Application Streams. In this role, you will lead software engineering initiatives, influence cross-functional teams that design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

The position requires a shift until 10 AM PST to enable effective communication with the US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
• Manage a concise definition of scope across the entire program
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to guide high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
• Act as a Scrum Master, managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and communicating them clearly to project stakeholders
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
• Provide hands-on software development and project management support, along with cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications, to deliver outstanding program outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8-15 years of general IT experience, including 8+ years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
• Background in software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
• Proficiency as a Scrum Master driving development sprints
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

• Background in Network Engineering
• Familiarity with OSS
• Knowledge of Salesforce (core clouds)
• Experience in Software Engineering
• Capability to solve problems within fast-paced and constantly changing environments, working cross-functionally in highly integrated teams composed of both technical and non-technical members
• Skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, with strong spoken and written communication abilities
