Lead Software Engineer
Architect and implement scalable, mission-critical systems for tokenized asset lifecycles while owning platform performance and security, engineering secure institutional APIs, translating complex requirements into robust software, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable mission-critical systems for tokenized asset lifecycles
- Own the evolution of the core platform’s performance and security
- Engineer secure APIs for global institutional partners
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into documented and battle-tested software solutions
- Set technical standards for the engineering organization
- Mentor engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance
Requirements
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Proven experience leading high-impact engineering projects in complex backend environments
- Experience designing and deploying RESTful APIs
- Experience designing and deploying distributed systems handling high-concurrency workloads
- Performance-focused and security-first architectural thinking
- Focus on long-term maintainability
- Experience working in Agile and CI/CD-driven environments
- Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to engineering and leadership teams
