Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Native)
Senior mobile engineering role focused on leading development, setting engineering standards, mentoring developers, driving architecture decisions, and delivering commercial mobile applications across iOS and Android.
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define best practices for mobile processes, code review, testing, and CI/CD.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on technical solutions.
- Integrate mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication across distributed teams.
- Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of mobile development experience focused on iOS and Android.
- Track record delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Go, and React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
