Lead Solutions Architect SEA and Greater China
Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions, translate customer needs into secure trust-enabled systems, deliver demos and proofs of concept, and guide solution implementation and customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design
- Translate customer needs into secure, interoperable architectures
- Deliver demos, PoCs, and technical validations
- Support strategic deals and unblock complex technical challenges
- Design and implement consent-driven, standards-based architectures
- Build prototypes and reference implementations
- Guide end-to-end deployments and customer adoption
- Produce technical documentation covering architecture, flows, and compliance
- Represent Affinidi at workshops, summits, and industry events
- Create reusable patterns and reference architectures
- Feed customer insights into product and roadmap decisions
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures
- Comfort writing code, integrating systems, and prototyping
- Experience across startup and enterprise environments
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, cryptography, or decentralised identity models
- Strong communication across technical and business audiences
- Hands-on experience with AI systems and modern development tooling
- Ability to identify patterns and translate them into reusable solutions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping early-stage markets
- Player-coach mindset with ability to guide others
- Strong prioritisation and focus on outcomes
- Experience guiding customers from discovery through production adoption
- Experience communicating with engineers and senior stakeholders
- Mandarin language skills required
