Learning & Development Manager – North America

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating high impact behavioral, leadership, and professional development programs that strengthen organizational capability and support a culture of continuous learning. This role leads the strategic development of learning initiatives, partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, and ensures learning solutions are aligned to organizational priorities. This role is based in the Houston, TX headquarters and requires travel for in person learning events and collaboration with regional teams and partners approximately 25%.
