Learning Support Assistant

Arcadia Global School, Dubai is seeking a dedicated and compassionate learning support assistant to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential in an inclusive learning environment.
Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is a new high-quality British curriculum school. The school’s aspiration is to be the inclusive school of choice for parents within the Al Furjan community and beyond, where every student is happy, positive, and thriving academically, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a school or nursery environment working with SEN children
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in various activities
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student support
- Assist students with their academic work, both in and out of the classroom

- Relevant qualifications or training in education or support work is a plus
- Experience working with students with SEN is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In accordance with the new KHDA regulations, AGS will obtain two professional references, including one from the most recent employer. All schools in Dubai are legally obliged to provide references to other schools in Dubai when a safeguarding reference is requested.
